The location of Bailao point is two inches above the depression under the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra, one inch away from the posterior midline, one point on each side, totaling two. Bairao acupoint belongs to the extra meridian qi points, totaling two. The specific positioning is one inch below the spinous process of the fifth cervical vertebra and one inch beside the posterior midline.
