Clindamycin phosphate injection is contraindicated: i. Clindamycin phosphate injection and neomycin, kanamycin, ampicillin, phenytoin sodium, barbiturate, aminophylline, calcium gluconate and magnesium sulfate can produce contraindications. Fourth, clindamycin phosphate injection and opioid analgesics together may aggravate the phenomenon of central respiratory depression.
