Uneven endometrium is not normal.
Uneven endometrium is a description of the endometrium on ultrasound imaging, which indicates the presence of certain pathologies of the endometrium, which may be endocrine abnormalities leading to functional changes of the endometrium, or organic pathologies of the endometrium, such as endometrial polyps, endometrial cancer, and so on.
In the presence of an uneven endometrium, a woman may experience abnormal uterine bleeding, and in order to identify the specific cause, further diagnostic curettage may be performed, in which the scraped endometrium is examined pathologically. If the abnormal changes in the endometrium are due to endocrine abnormalities, they can be treated with estrogen and progesterone; if they are due to organic pathology, they can be treated with surgery.
If there is unevenness in the endometrium, you can go to the hospital for further examination and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
