Painful and uncomfortable bones with fever may have the problem of osteomyelitis, and of course, other bone lesions. Patients can go to the orthopedic department of the hospital in time to see a doctor, who can make a preliminary judgment with physical examination. If it is considered to be caused by osteomyelitis, local magnetic resonance examination and determination of inflammatory indexes such as blood count, sedimentation and C-reactive protein need to be improved. If it is osteomyelitis, anti-infection treatment with cephalosporin and other antibiotics can be given, and local magnesium sulfate can be applied topically. If anti-infection treatment is ineffective and there is obvious fluid in the bone marrow cavity by MRI, surgical treatment should be considered, local window decompression, and tube flushing and drainage should be done if necessary. There is also to strengthen nutritional support, eat more high-protein food to help recovery.
