Prostate cancer 3+4 without metastasis is stage II or III. Prostate cancer is graded according to the Gleason score to determine the degree of malignancy of prostate cancer and thus the stage of prostate cancer. 1. Grading: The grade of prostate cancer refers to the degree of malignancy, which is mainly based on Gleason score, 2~4 is low grade, 5~7 is medium grade, 8~10 is high grade, the higher the grade, the higher the degree of malignancy. 2. Staging: According to the degree of invasion and growth of prostate cancer, it can be divided into four stages. Stages I and II are mainly confined to the prostate gland, stage III invades the surrounding tissues such as seminal vesicles and bladder, and stage IV is mainly characterized by lymphatic metastasis, bone metastasis, and metastasis to distant organs. Generally, stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ are categorized as early stage, stage Ⅲ is middle stage, and stage Ⅳ belongs to advanced stage of kidney cancer. Therefore, 3+4=7 points of prostate cancer without metastasis can be in stage II or stage III. It is suggested that patients should actively cooperate with doctors’ treatment.
