Coronary CT, is a scan of the coronary arteries by intravenous injection of an appropriate contrast agent, using multi-row spiral CT, to understand the condition of coronary artery lesions. It is a simple, effective, non-invasive method for early diagnosis, and prediction of coronary artery disease. Indications include the following: i. Chest pain of unknown origin, or angina pectoris after exertion. Second, the electrocardiogram has changes of myocardial ischemia. III. Patients with suspected coronary artery disease who refuse to undergo coronary angiography. IV. After coronary angiography, the diagnosis and review of complications. V. Follow-up after stent implantation, or after coronary artery bypass grafting. VI. Differential diagnosis of patients with acute chest pain. VII. Clinically asymptomatic patients with electrocardiographic changes and positive or suspicious positive load tests. All feasible coronary CT for diagnosis, with differential diagnosis.
