How to cure foot odor and gray nails

Topical medication is preferred for foot odor. Topical miconazole cream, bifenazole gel, luliconazole gel for 2-4 weeks. When topical medication is not effective, oral antifungal drug Itraconazole, 200mg/d for 2-3 weeks, and Terbinafine 250mg/d for two weeks can be added. Gray nails are treated according to the degree of nail damage, and for damage less than 50% of the area, the lesions are removed with a small knife nail contour and rubbed externally with 30% glacial acetic acid, 3%-5% tincture of iodine, 2 times/d. Diseased nails are treated according to the number of nails, and when the degree of nail damage is greater than 50% or more than one nail is involved and the external medication is not effective, oral medication is required. Oral medications include Itraconazole 200mg/d, 2 times/d, taken for one week and stopped for three weeks, for a course of 3 months, or Terbinol, 250mg/d, 1 time/d for the first week and 250mg/d every other day for weeks 2-7.
