After the development of low back pain, since most patients require strict braking, it is important to provide appropriate care for low back pain. First of all, the lumbar region should be strictly braked, and the patient should be moved as much as possible using the flat lifting method or the rolling method with the long axis of the body as the center. Secondly, temporary external immobilization can be done by using a lumbar brace. Again, because of the need for prolonged braking, a series of complications such as decubitus ulcers from bed rest should be avoided, and prolonged pressure on the bony prominence of the limb should be avoided in the care process. Finally, massage and treatment should be done for venous thrombosis of the lower limbs.
