The sequelae of ulnar radius double fracture are mainly the following: First, there is a limitation of forearm rotation and post-rotation, mainly because after the ulnar radius double fracture, surgical internal fixation or plaster external fixation for a long time will lead to adhesions of the muscles and other soft tissues around the ulnar radius position. The longer the time of fixation and the later the start of rehabilitation exercises, the more likely it is that the functional limitation will be aggravated. Second, the pain in the forearm is caused by cold, fatigue, especially at night without adequate warmth, resulting in a decrease in blood circulation, tension in the muscle tissue, accumulation of inflammation, and increased stimulation of peripheral nerves, resulting in significant pain in the ulnar radius. Third, due to the injury of the ulnar radius, there may be stimulation of the nerve tissue, and after the fracture heals, after exertion and cold, there may be serious stimulation of the surrounding nerve tissue, and numbness in the hand and forearm may occur.
