The sequelae of a comminuted humerus fracture include the following: 1. The sequelae are that the fracture does not heal, because it is a comminuted fracture, the blood supply is more severely damaged at this time, and multiple fractures, the fracture may not heal. 2. The sequelae may be delayed healing, deformed healing, because after a large amount of blood supply is destroyed, it can cause the healing time, that is, 3 months, when the healing cannot heal, it may take 6 months or 1 year to heal, called delayed healing. It may take six months or a year to heal, which is called delayed healing. The fracture may also be deformed because the alignment of the fracture is poor and even if it heals, it may be deformed. 3. It may cause sequelae of nerve damage because there are important nerves around the humerus, especially the radial nerve, which is attached to the humerus. If the fracture is open or comminuted, osteomyelitis, bone discontinuity or even pseudo-joint formation may occur, and even amputation is possible because after a large amount of soft tissue loss, there is no soft tissue infection in the bone, and the risk of amputation may occur.
