There is pain in the right upper abdomen, and ultrasound examination does not reveal any significant abnormality. If necessary, further CT or enhanced CT of the liver can be performed, because there are some occupying lesions in the liver, such as lesions smaller than 2 cm, which are not easily detected by ultrasound and can be easily missed, so they can also be combined with relevant imaging examinations. Because there are some patients who develop tumors in the liver, for example, patients with a history of perennial viral hepatitis or alcoholic hepatitis, can also develop tumors. In addition, family genetic predisposition, or atopic liver disease can occur. Enhanced CT examination can further clarify and early diagnosis of malignant tumors in the liver, which can be further treated by surgery or combined with methemoglobin measurement.
