Triple therapy for gastritis

The triple therapy for gastritis is a treatment plan based on PPI or bismuth, plus two antibiotics. If patients can choose to take oral omeprazole, or lansoprazole combined with amoxicillin, and then combined with clarithromycin, or choose colloidal bismuth, plus the above two antibiotics, the specific medication needs to consult a specialist, and need to be used under the guidance of a specialist regular, but also in combination with drug allergies, and drug resistance to medication. The above methods are generally used to treat patients with H. pylori infection, but currently the recommended treatment is quadruple therapy, which is a combination of the four drugs mentioned above. Of course, not all patients with gastritis need to be given H. pylori eradication treatment, depending on the specific condition, to avoid the use of antibiotics may cause adverse reactions, so you need to weigh the pros and cons.
