The drug is a single S counterpart of the dicyclic hydrogenated peptide derivative citalopram, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the reuptake of 5-HT by neurons in the central nervous system, thus enhancing the function of central 5-hydroxytryptaminergic nerves. Clinically the drug is used to treat depression, panic disorder with or without agoraphobia.
There are adverse reactions such as dizziness, drowsiness, increased appetite, weight gain, dry mouth, constipation, fever, fatigue and so on after the use of the drug.
Allergic to the components of the product is prohibited; prohibited with non-selective, irreversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors; prohibited with linezolid and pimozide combination.
Patients with a history of mania or mild mania should be used with caution; diabetic patients should be monitored for blood glucose during medication; not allowed to drive machines, vehicles, ships, engage in aerial work, mechanical work and operation of precision instruments during the period of medication.
