The differential diagnosis of peptic ulcer is as follows: 1. acute active hepatitis: the diagnosis can be clearly made based on clinical manifestations, medical history, and auxiliary examinations; 2. cholecystitis: white blood cells and neutrophils are significantly increased; 3. pancreatitis: the severity of pancreatitis can be further determined by abdominal ultrasound and abdominal CT; 4. gastric cancer: the mucosa needs to be taken around the ulcer for pathological diagnosis; 5. Zhuo-Ai syndrome: the patient presents abdominal pain, diarrhea as the first symptom, discharge of dilute watery stools, serious cases of dehydration, deficiency, ionic disorders, acid-base imbalance and other complications. The effect on regular antacid drugs is not satisfactory.
