According to the principle of liquid diet, a small amount of water can be given first, not more than 30ml each time, if there is no adverse reaction, the next day, you can enter the easily digestible high-calorie liquid diet, you can choose rice soup, steamed eggs, soy milk, vegetable juice, milk, various kinds of pureed meat soup and diluted lotus root powder. Semi-liquid diet stage: after 3-4 days of fluid intake for patients after gastrointestinal surgery, if there is no abdominal distension, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, etc., the diet will be changed to semi-liquid diet. Semi-liquid diet: available food is food without dietary fiber, such as boiled noodles, thick porridge, lai mai, fish balls, milk, eggs, etc. It is necessary to have a small number of meals, in order not to cause fullness and discomfort, the main food ration, 5 to 6 meals per day. Generally, intravenous rehydration can be stopped.  4. Soft food and general food stage: patients after 2-3 weeks of semi-liquid diet adaptation process, such as adverse reactions, the party changed to soft food. After 1-2 weeks, the patient feels good and can eat the normal diet. General food can be used, the normal diet includes cereals, animals and legumes, vegetables, fruits and fats. Use less fried and indigestible foods, and strong condiments.
