What’s wrong with a runny nose?

There are several clinical reasons for excessive nasal discharge: 1. If it is clear nasal discharge, many patients will also have itchy nose and sneezing, which can basically be diagnosed as allergic rhinitis, and the treatment is mainly anti-allergic; 2. If it is yellow pus nasal discharge, it may also be acute sinusitis, most of which is complicated by sinusitis after cold, and the treatment needs to give anti-infection treatment; 3. If the nasal discharge is chronic sinusitis, which means the sinus opening is blocked and the mucosal secretion of the sinus increases; treatment can be conservative through medication, and many patients with poor conservative treatment may also need to be treated through surgery.
