When a patient is diagnosed with intestinal perforation, first, fasting, intravenous fluids should be given to replenish the body’s energy and electrolyte loss, and surgery should be performed as soon as possible to repair the perforated intestinal cavity and intestinal canal and, if necessary, to remove part of the intestinal canal. Second, the peritoneal inflammation caused by the perforation should be cleaned up, and a drainage tube should be placed, and in more serious cases the drainage tube needs to be placed for a long time. Third, anti-infection treatment, if it is a mild infection, in the prophylactic use of antibiotics for 3-5 days to improve; if it is a serious infection, you need to use a combination of antibiotics, while the treatment time is extended for about a week.
