What about partial thromboplastin time 44.5?

There is no such thing as partial thromboplastin time, which is clinically known as activated partial thromboplastin time, and the normal value is 31~43 seconds, and more than 10 seconds is considered prolonged, so it is not considered prolonged, and it can be observed regularly.
Activated partial thromboplastin time is abbreviated as APTT, reflecting the function of endogenous coagulation system. If the value of APTT is persistently elevated, the patient should consult a doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease, and the common diseases include hemophilia, liver disease, obstructive jaundice, disseminated intravascular coagulation, primary fibrinolysis, etc., which will cause the lack of endogenous coagulation factors leading to the prolongation of APTT.
It is recommended that patients should be observed regularly. If there is no elevation or normal value is restored, no special treatment is needed; if the APTT value continues to rise, timely medical treatment is required.
