As a result of this change, before menstruation, one or both breasts may have light or heavy swelling and pain, and after menstruation the swelling and pain disappear naturally, which does not hinder life, study and work at all and is a normal physiological phenomenon. The causes of mastocytosis also include mental factors, unreasonable dietary structure, abortion, not having children or having children over 30 years old, not breastfeeding, marital discord, hormone-containing health products, wearing too tight bras, etc.
