Right back pain may be due to lumbar muscle strain, ureteral stones, cholecystitis, hydronephrosis and kidney tumors. 1. Lumbar muscle strain: after the occurrence of lumbar muscle strain, there will be inflammatory edema of the right lumbar myofascial membrane, stimulating muscle fiber spasm, and there will be obvious pain in the right lumbar region during activities. 2.
