H. pylori can be transmitted through kissing. H. pylori infection is spread by person-to-person mouth-to-mouth or fecal-oral transmission. The main mode of transmission of H. pylori infection can be seen by using unclean food or drinking unclean water, coming into contact with saliva, body fluids, vomit or fecal excrement of an infected person, and eating without washing hands. Prolonged close contact with an infected person, sharing meals with an infected person, using unclean eating utensils used by an infected person. Close contact between children and students in kindergartens and schools, direct mouth-to-mouth feeding or close contact. H. pylori is the main causative agent and pathogen of many digestive diseases, such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, etc. A positive test is recommended for treatment.
