Sanyinjiao points are found on both the right and left legs.
Sanyinjiao belongs to the foot-taiyin spleen meridian and is distributed symmetrically on both sides of the body, with one point on each side. Sanyinjiao is located on the inner side of the lower leg, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, at the posterior margin of the medial edge of the tibia. It is mainly used for treating intestinal tinnitus, abdominal distension, diarrhea, spermatorrhea, impotence, enuresis, palpitation, insomnia, hypertension, and impotence paralysis of the lower limbs (weakness and numbness of the lower limbs, numbness and pain).
