In the clinical treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy, early rehabilitation and persistent long-term treatment play an important role in the reduction and even recovery of the child’s condition, which is the principle of rehabilitation treatment and is based on scientific research theories and is completely based on science. The brain tissue in some parts of the human body has multiple functional characteristics and many neural loops, which are involved in activities with the central nervous system at the same time. Once the central nerve cells of the human brain die, they are permanently eliminated, and the nerve cells cannot divide or proliferate after birth. Because the brain of a child with cerebral palsy is damaged to different degrees at an immature stage, it makes certain functions of the central nervous system impaired. Early treatment can promote the effective compensation of the functions of the damaged brain in the process of continuous maturation and differentiation, and the development of the central nervous system tastes immature in the early stage of the affected child. As the child grows older, his or her nervous system continues to mature and differentiate to produce new functions, and gradually forms a specialization of various functions. Generally speaking, by the age of 6 years, the various functions of the central nervous system of normal children have been developed and specialized, so it may be more difficult for children with cerebral palsy to start the training of various functions if they are older than 6 years old. Especially for those children with severe spasticity, these abnormal postures and movement patterns often further aggravate their spasticity and eventually lead to irreversible tendon contractures and bone and joint deformities, causing great difficulties for rehabilitation treatment. Therefore, appropriate early rehabilitation measures for pediatric cerebral palsy patients can lead to the best outcome, which is related to the compensatory function of the central nervous system. Although cerebral palsy is difficult to treat, it is not incurable, but we must be prepared to fight a long battle. It is regrettable that many parents lose confidence in their children during the process of seeking medical treatment for one reason or another and give up the treatment or treat them indiscriminately. In our clinical treatment, we found that there are not a few children with cerebral palsy who have returned to society after long-term scientific and standardized rehabilitation and treatment. Although this is a long process, only the higher the determination of parents, the better the child’s recovery will be. The rehabilitation of cerebral palsy cannot rely on short-term inpatient treatment alone; many treatments require that parents and doctors must work closely together to develop a rehabilitation training plan and evaluate the training effects. Our long-term clinical research also confirms that it is difficult to achieve the desired results with cerebral palsy treatment using only a single tool. The same applies to motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy: it is necessary to select appropriate motor therapy for repeated training, but also to cooperate with other measures, such as physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, tui-na, and psychotherapy for comprehensive treatment, which is the only way to achieve the intended goal. In addition, parents and rehabilitation staff to carry out training, step by step not to be too hasty, to be persistent not half-way, not too rapid, excessive, otherwise it will also cause damage. In addition, the most important point is that rehabilitation treatment should be carried out continuously and persistently, and should not be abandoned halfway.
