There are more causes of pain in the lower right abdomen in women. There is a possibility of pregnancy in the lower right side of the abdomen with hidden pain, but it cannot be determined based on this sign and needs to be combined with the appropriate tests. Some of the more common causes of right lower abdomen usually include organs of the pelvis, pelvic organs including uterine adnexa, some lesions of the urinary system including bladder and ureter, and even lesions of the intestinal tract, which can also cause pain in the right lower abdomen. Therefore, pain in the right lower abdomen usually has to be considered in combination with several etiologies.
