What’s the reason for having stool but no urine in liver cancer?

If the duration of liver cancer is short, it is considered to be caused by low intake of water. If it lasts for a long time and there is no urine all the time and accompanied by other symptoms, it is considered to be caused by hypoproteinemia and renal failure.
1. Low water intake: If liver cancer patients have low water intake and low infusion volume recently, due to the symptom of ascites, the symptom of no urination may appear in a short period of time, which usually does not last for a long time.
2. Hypoproteinemia: patients with liver cancer have low albumin and are prone to hypoproteinemia, which is caused by excessive consumption or decreased production of plasma protein, resulting in symptoms of no urination and generalized swelling.
3. Renal failure: when liver cancer is combined with renal failure, due to insufficient perfusion of renal blood flow, it will cause discomfort such as no urination, lower limb edema and lumbago.
There may be other reasons for the absence of urine in liver cancer, so it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for consultation, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy.
