Gastrointestinal cold mainly focuses on light diet, and can eat foods rich in protein, dietary fiber and vitamins.
1. Gastrointestinal colds have both digestive and exogenous symptoms, such as gastric distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever and other manifestations. Therefore, patients should take a light diet, consume some easily digestible, highly nutritious, containing vitamins and plant proteins such as millet porridge, noodle soup, fish stew, celery, bananas, oranges, bananas and so on.
2. These patients should avoid spicy, stimulating and greasy food to avoid aggravation of symptoms (e.g. gastric congestion, edema, bleeding).
If diagnosed with the above diseases, early and standardized treatment is recommended to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
