Symptoms of headache occur on hazy days. Patients are advised to avoid going out when the haze days are over. In addition, those who have headaches on haze days should eat more green vegetables and fruits, such as mango and hawthorn, which have the effect of relieving headaches, drink more water and keep enough sleep.
