What should I do if I have pregnancy sickness?

  Early pregnancy reaction varies from person to person, some people show weakness, some feel drowsy, some show nausea and vomiting …… About half of women start to experience dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, lack of appetite, partial eating, aversion to greasy food, nausea, morning sickness, etc. around 6 weeks after menopause, which is called early pregnancy reaction. According to foreign literature, 70%-80% of pregnant women experience nausea during pregnancy, 50% experience vomiting, and 0.1%-2.0% develop hyperemesis gravidarum. The severity and duration of early pregnancy reaction varies from person to person, and most of them disappear on their own around 12 weeks of pregnancy. In some cases, it lasts until late pregnancy.  Vomiting in early pregnancy is actually a normal physiological phenomenon, and mothers-to-be need not worry too much about it, as it usually does not affect the growth of the baby. Nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy usually occurs in the morning within a few hours after waking up, most people have a mild performance, slightly nauseous, aversion to greasy food and loss of appetite, a few people with obvious symptoms have severe pregnancy vomiting, vomiting whatever they eat, or even the smell of it can cause vomiting.
