In the lower part of the clavicle and the upper part of the breast, there are obvious pain symptoms when pressed. It is common for diseases originating from the breast, with breast hyperplasia being the most common, which will manifest as obvious hyperplastic nodules and hard lumps, and will have obvious pressure pain as well as regular pain. There are also benign tumors that occur within the breast glands, which can also have symptoms of pressure and pain, and ultrasound can further confirm the diagnosis. For nodules and lumps caused by simple hyperplasia, no special treatment is needed, but regular follow-up and observation are required. Surgery can be chosen as an option for benign lesions that gradually increase in size. There may also be diseases occurring in the chest wall, tumors of the chest wall, subcutaneous nodules of the chest wall, which may also show local pressure pain. Tumors are mostly found in the ribs, which can be osteoma and osteochondroma originating in the ribs, or due to metastatic tumors.
