What’s wrong with pus in the gums that pus flows out but doesn’t hurt?

Gums long pus but no pain is mainly caused by periodontal abscess or periapical abscess, it is recommended to see a doctor for periodontal or root canal treatment. 1. Periodontal abscess: poor oral hygiene will produce a large amount of tartar or calculus and other inflammatory substances, which leads to the emergence of gingivitis or periodontitis; if the symptoms are aggravated, there will be swelling of the gum tissue overflow of pus and other symptoms (i.e., periodontal abscess), but generally there is no obvious pain; must be treated by periodontal therapy or abscess incision and drainage in order to reduce inflammation and swelling quickly and effectively. 2. Apical periodontitis: it is mostly caused by pulpitis without timely treatment, resulting in continued inflammation of the nerve necrosis and inflammation of the periapical tissues of the teeth; the relevant inflammatory substances will spread to the periodontal tissues through the apical foramen, which in turn causes pus in the gums, and also no obvious pain symptoms; must be treated with endodontic therapy to clean up inflammation in the root canal in order to achieve the purpose of root canal treatment. It is recommended to consult a doctor in time for examination and treatment.
