Pediatric amoebiasis 35 to 50 mg/kg three times daily for 10 days. Guinea worm disease, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, trichomoniasis, Giardia 15 to 25 mg/kg three times daily for 10 days. Anaerobic infections 20 to 50 mg/kg daily.
