Why do you get dizzy after stretching hard?

Dizziness after stretching hard may be caused by cervical spondylosis, otolithiasis and cerebral ischemia.
1. Cervical spondylosis: If patients with cervical spondylosis maintain a posture for a long time, resulting in neck muscle tension and spasm, long-term herniation of the intervertebral disc. When the position changes during stretching, the protruding intervertebral disc compresses the vertebral artery, affecting the blood supply to the brain, and dizziness can occur after stretching hard.
2. Otolithiasis: also known as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, due to changes in head position when stretching, causing otoliths to fall and stimulate the balance structure of the inner ear, dizziness can occur after stretching.
3. Cerebral ischemia: caused by atherosclerosis, when stretching due to positional changes, may aggravate the phenomenon of cerebral ischemia, hypoxia, thus appearing the symptoms of dizziness after stretching hard.
