Is there a new drug for iga nephropathy?

There are no new drugs for Iga nephropathy. Currently, antibiotics, glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants are mainly considered in clinical practice.
1. Antibiotics: Iga nephropathy patients with obvious hematuria after infection can choose non-nephrotoxic antibiotics, such as cephalosporin, erythromycin, penicillin.
2. Glucocorticoid: If the urinary protein level is not controlled after a period of treatment, patients with Iga nephropathy can choose glucocorticoid therapy, such as prednisone, under the guidance of doctors.
3. Immunosuppressant: the condition can be effectively controlled by immunosuppressant, common ones are azathioprine, mertiomacrolide and so on.
Iga nephropathy needs to be treated as soon as possible, otherwise it will aggravate the condition, and the medicines should be used under the guidance of doctor in the treatment, not blindly use the medicines.
