Xiaowuoluo Pill is composed of Gallus gallus, Prepared Chuanwu, Prepared Caowu, Dilong, Frankincense and Myrrh.
Xiaowuoluo Pill has the efficacy of dispelling wind and dispersing cold (dispelling wind and dispersing cold), resolving phlegm and removing dampness, and activating blood circulation and relieving pain (relieving pain by removing blood stasis). It is used in treating paralysis caused by wind-cold-dampness obstruction, phlegm and blood stasis obstruction of collaterals, which is characterized by pain in the joints of the limbs, or cold pain, or tingling pain, or pain in the night, unfavorable flexion and extension of the joints (the function of joints stretching and bending is abnormal), and numbness and constriction.
In the formula, Cao Wu (草乌) and Cao Wu (草乌) are used to dispel wind, dry dampness, open the channels and relieve pain; Nanshen (胆南星) is used to dispel wind and dry dampness, clear heat and dissolve phlegm; Dilong (地龍) is used to search for wind and open the channels; Frankincense (乳香) and Myrrh (没药) are used to activate qi and blood (to promote the operation of gases and circulation of blood), dissolve blood stasis and open the channels, and relieve pain.
The adverse effects of Xiaowuoluo Pill are not clear, because of its efficacy in activating blood, pregnant women are prohibited. It is recommended that patients use medication under the guidance of a doctor, do not self-medication, so as not to delay the condition.
