What goes well with Sanghwang Reishi

Different combinations of medicines can treat different diseases, and there is no such thing as what combinations of Sanghuang and Lingzhi are better. Sanghuang, Lingzhi and Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Poria, etc. can be combined to treat diseases such as diarrhea due to spleen deficiency (diarrhea caused by a weak spleen), which can have a better therapeutic effect. Sanghuang and Ganoderma lucidum are both Chinese medicines, in which Sanghuang can soften and disperse knots, activate blood circulation, stop bleeding, harmonize the stomach and stop diarrhea, targeting diseases such as hematochezia, hemorrhagic drenching (the appearance of blood in the urine accompanied by pain), prolapse and diarrhea, diarrhea with menstruation, menstrual closure, and accumulation of obstruction in the abdomen. Ganoderma lucidum, on the other hand, can replenish qi and calm the spirit, relieve cough and asthma (stop coughing and calm wheezing), mainly for restlessness, insomnia, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), cough and asthma in the lungs, shortness of breath due to fatigue, and inability to think about food and drink. Sanghuang and Reishi can be paired to replenish qi and stop diarrhea, and can treat diarrhea and loss of appetite caused by spleen deficiency. In addition, it can also be paired with Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng and Poria, which can help strengthen the spleen, benefit the qi and stop diarrhea. However, the above drugs should be used with caution in solid cases. It is recommended to consult a doctor for specific medication.
