What are the symptoms of Qi blockage and meridian blockage



Symptoms of Qi blocking the meridians include distension and pain in the chest and hypochondrium (a collective term for the chest and ribcage area) and the epigastrium (abdomen).

Qi blockage of meridians is commonly seen in Qi stagnation syndrome. It is mostly induced by emotional disorders, dietary disorders, and internal obstruction of evil qi.

If caused by liver qi stagnation (liver qi is not smooth), the main manifestations of depression, emotional restlessness, chest tightness, like out of the long breath, coercion and rib distension, pain, or abdominal distension, diet, or vomiting, bowel movement, women’s menstruation can not be, women’s pre-menstrual breast distension, pre-menstrual pain into the oligo abdominal menstrual irregularities, and so on.

If caused by spleen qi stagnation, the main manifestations of the epigastric plumpness (stomach fullness discomfort) distension pain, do not think of food, nausea and vomiting, erosion (hiccup) belching (hiccup), constipation or stools or bowel movements, diarrhea sticky, stools have a feeling of abdominal bloating and pain, and so on.
