The time of formation of invasive cancer can vary from a few months to a few years and needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Invasive carcinoma is a common life-threatening malignant disease that can be caused by a variety of factors. For example, in the case of common rectal cancer, the risk factors for the development of the disease include family genetic history; non-cancerous diseases of the intestinal tract; age older than 45; lack of fresh vegetables in the daily diet, consumption of food with high fat content; and poor living habits, such as smoking, alcohol abuse, and staying up all night, etc. Therefore, if a person is at high risk of developing the cancer, it may take several months to several years to develop. Therefore, people with more risk factors for cancer development are at higher risk of developing cancer, and the time for cancer to form and develop is quicker, which can be as little as a few months; conversely, it can be a few years or even no cancer at all.
