For asymptomatic lung nodules, further examination should be done to determine their benign or malignant nature. Generally, benign lung nodules without symptoms, such as pulmonary lymph nodes and inflammatory pseudotumors, do not require special treatment and can be observed and followed up. If the nodule is determined to be benign, it does not need special treatment, and regular observation and follow-up is sufficient; if there are malignant manifestations such as pleural depression sign and burr sign, enhancement CT should be done to further determine the nature of the nodule, and the treatment plan should be formulated according to the results of the examination; if the benignness or malignancy is still not determined, a biopsy can be done. It is recommended that patients go to the relevant departments of the hospital in time, under the guidance of professional doctors, improve the relevant examinations, so as to clarify the diagnosis of the disease, and receive standardized treatment.
