Treatment of drug-related hepatitis

  For the treatment of drug-related hepatitis, there are mainly the following methods.  1.Discontinue the drug: immediately stop the drug in question.  2.Adjunctive treatment: rest and give vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E. 3.Give liver-protective drugs: use glycopyrrolate or use reduced glutathione, polyene phosphatidylcholine intravenous drip. For biliary hepatitis, adenosylmethionine intravenous drip, thiopronine intravenous drip or oral. Animal tests have shown that ursodeoxycholic acid has therapeutic effects on drug-induced hepatitis due to drug poisoning.  4. Combine with proprietary Chinese medicine or Chinese herbal soup for treatment.
