Pituitary tumor is a kind of endocrine system tumor, and its preferred age is 30-40 years old, and there is no obvious difference in the incidence of men and women. The treatment of pituitary tumor is mainly based on clear diagnosis. The diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestations, head magnetic resonance examination and hormone complete set of examination. Once the diagnosis is clear, the treatment is mainly based on the nature of the pituitary tumor. For lactating pituitary adenomas, the treatment is mainly based on conservative drug treatment, and the commonly used drug is bromocriptine. When medication is ineffective or when prolactin is persistently greater than 500ng/mL, surgery should be considered. For non-functioning pituitary adenomas, surgery is the preferred treatment. Therefore, patients with pituitary tumors need early diagnosis and treatment.
