Causes of hip bone pain

Hip bone pain is commonly caused by traumatic factors, local compression, sciatic tuberosity synovitis, nerve compression and other factors. 1. Traumatic factors: most of them are related to muscle, fascia and soft tissue injuries triggered by direct or indirect violence, and the trauma leads to myofascial or soft tissue congestion and edema pain around the hip bone, causing hip bone off. 2. Excessive localized pressure: Most of them are related to localized pressure on the hip caused by cycling or prolonged sitting. Prolonged pressure will affect the blood circulation around the hip bone, and the hip bone will suffer from pain due to ischemia and hypoxia. 3. Sciatic Nodal Synovitis: Sciatic Nodal Synovitis is caused by inflammatory lesions in the sciatic nodes, which results in pain in the buttocks. 4. Nerve compression: compression of the sciatic nerve can also cause radiating pain in this position, which is commonly seen in herniated discs, inflammation of the pyriformis muscle and other compression of the sciatic nerve. There are many reasons for hip bone pain in clinic, and it may also be tumor or metastatic tumor, which need to be combined with pathogenic factors, predisposing factors, clinical symptoms, and timely consultation in hospital if necessary.
