Heart coronary artery CT examination can not rule out heart attack. Heart attack refers to myocardial ischemic necrosis caused by insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, and the main pathogenesis is the decrease of cardiac blood perfusion and the increase of myocardial oxygen consumption due to various reasons; common causes include coronary atherosclerosis, coronary artery spasm, coronary artery microcirculation dysfunction, coronary artery embolism, and so on. Coronary CT is through the injection of contrast medium to make coronary artery imaging, and then reconstructed by CT scanning, can visualize the coronary artery alignment and the presence or absence of stenosis, can be used as coronary heart disease, coronary embolism is an important reference basis, but for the coronary artery spasm and microcirculation disorders, coronary CT is very difficult to check out. Therefore, to rule out myocardial infarction, in addition to coronary CT, but also combined with electrocardiogram, myocardial enzymes, myocardial nuclear imaging and other tests, do not easily jump to conclusions to avoid delaying the condition.
