What are the solutions for stomach pain in adults

Stomach pain in adults is commonly caused by gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric perforation, etc. Treatment includes removing the cause of the disease, inhibiting gastric acid secretion, and surgical treatment.
1. Gastritis: remove the cause and symptomatic treatment. Omeprazole can be used to inhibit gastric acid secretion, and the adverse effects include gastrointestinal symptoms. If chronic gastritis due to Helicobacter pylori infection should take quadruple therapy, i.e. a proton pump inhibitor, such as omeprazole + two antibiotics such as clarithromycin, amoxicillin + a bismuth agent such as bismuth potassium citrate.
2. Gastric ulcer: proton pump inhibitors should be used to inhibit gastric acid secretion, and Helicobacter pylori positive patients should be eradicated.
3. Gastric perforation: patients with gastric perforation should undergo perforation suture in time, and if accompanied by gastric ulcer, gastrectomy should be performed.
If adults have stomach pain, they should be admitted to the hospital in time to clarify the type of disease, and be treated with medication under the guidance of the doctor.
