A 60-year-old man can still ejaculate.
After sexual development since puberty, a man’s sexuality is generally accompanied by a lifelong ability to produce sperm and androgens, maintain sexuality and produce ejaculatory activity as long as the testes function properly. However, with age, the body gradually ages and the production of sperm and androgen will gradually decrease.
As long as the testicles exist and the body is basically healthy, a 60-year-old man is able to ejaculate and has the normal sexual ability to have a sex life. If there is a history of radical prostate cancer surgery, testicles have been removed, erectile dysfunction and other genitourinary disorders, the presence of high blood pressure, diabetes and other chronic underlying diseases, can lead to decreased or no sexual ability to produce ejaculatory activity successfully.
Most men in their 60s still have a relatively regular sex life, but it should not be too frequent.
