Whether a patient can take a bath after an accidental abrasion is objectively analyzed according to the different severity of the abrasion, whether the local trauma is accompanied by infection and whether active treatment is taken. First, if the scope of local abrasions is relatively limited, the patient was given hydrogen peroxide, vital iodine, saline after the injury, thorough debridement, disinfection treatment, the trauma does not appear fluid, pus and other signs of infection, and the wound has crusted and healed, the patient can take a normal bath, will not cause wound infection. Second, if the patient’s local abrasion is more extensive, abrasion and not timely debridement, disinfection treatment, the trauma can be accompanied by more bacterial residue, causing acute inflammation such as redness, swelling, heat, pain, it is not recommended that patients take a bath, so as not to cause progressive aggravation of trauma infection, delay wound healing and thus cause serious complications.
