Loxoprofen Sodium Tablet is a phenylpropanoic acid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
Loxoprofen sodium tablets by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, so as to play on the analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect, clinically used in periarthritis of the shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, neck-shoulder-wrist syndrome, lumbar pain syndrome, dental pain, as well as post-traumatic, post-operative, post-extraction of analgesic and anti-inflammatory, but also can be used for the acute upper respiratory tract inflammation of the antipyretic and analgesic.
The use of Loxoprofen Sodium Tablet is prohibited in patients who are allergic to any of the components of the drug, who have had serious adverse reactions to previous NSAIDs, who have severe hematologic abnormalities, who have severe hepatic impairment, who have severe heart failure, and who have active or previous recurrent peptic ulcers or bleeding, and the drug is not to be used for the treatment of perioperative pain in coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
Some patients using Loxoprofen Sodium Tablet may experience adverse reactions such as stomach upset, abdominal pain, vomiting, loss of appetite, edema, rash, drowsiness, etc. If the discomfort is more serious, consult a doctor promptly.
