Patients with hyperalgesia can apply antibiotics of the penicillin class, such as amoxicillin and penicillin sodium for injection. Antibiotics of the cephalosporin class, such as cefoperazone and ceftriaxone, can also be applied. Antibiotics of the quinolone class, such as moxifloxacin, can also be used. When hyperalgesia requires antibiotics for some reason, it is important to choose antibiotics that are less nephrotoxic or non-nephrotoxic, such as the above mentioned antibiotics. Aminoglycoside antibiotics, such as gentamicin and etanercept, should not be used. Because these antibiotics can aggravate the kidney function, it is possible for patients with kidney failure to go directly to dialysis stage. Of course, the above three types of antibiotics can be chosen although the impact on the kidneys are relatively small, but the specific choice of which one also needs to be combined with the kind of bacteria infected.
