Endometrial cancer at 45 years old may have the manifestations of irregular vaginal bleeding, abnormal secretion, having pain in the abdomen as well as anemia. 1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: most patients with endometrial cancer will find bleeding after menopause, and a few women will have irregular bleeding, heavy menstrual period and prolonged menstrual period when they are not menopausal. 2. Abnormal secretion: The normal secretion of women is leukorrhea. Abnormal secretions often appear hemorrhagic phenomenon, vaginal discharge is thin, accompanied by foul smell and odor. 3. Abdominal pain: abdominal mass on palpation, poor mobility, accompanied by abdominal pain, which may be caused by the cancer involving the cervix, causing the accumulation of fluid and formation of ascites, thus triggering abdominal pain. 4. Anemia: fever, anemia, body weakness, and sudden weight loss. Early endometrial cancer does not have obvious symptoms, but the enlargement of endometrium and pressure pain when fluid accumulates in the uterine cavity are found during examination. It is suggested that if the above symptoms appear, one should go to the hospital in time, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
