Its contraindications and precautions are not clear, and it should not be taken when one has a cold.
2. Si Reverse San has the efficacy of dispersing heat, dredging the liver and regulating the spleen, and can be used for the treatment of fever with no warmth in the hands and feet, pain in the stomach and epigastric region and abdomen, coercive and ribcage pain, and diarrhea and dysentery, and other diseases.
Its contraindications and precautions are not clear. It should be used with caution in patients with deficiency of liver yin and dystocia (pain in the area of dorsal ribs), and in patients with cold syncope resulting in lack of warmth in the limbs.
