How to train children to spit

Training children to spit up can be done in several ways: first, let children take more deep breaths. When doing deep breathing with abdominal breathing, it will exercise the child’s abdominal muscles, and the ability to cough up sputum will be enhanced when the abdominal pressure is higher when the child coughs. Second, let children do more coughing. Some children’s coughing action is not standardized, mainly applying the pressure in the chest cavity as well as the pressure in the throat to spit, and the spitting effect in this case is very poor. To let children breathe with abdominal pressure, they need more training to play a good spitting effect. Finally, children can be allowed to sing more often. Children’s ability to breathe is enhanced when they sing, which helps with spitting training.
